The Natural History Museum (“Naturkundemuseum”) in the former town hall of Gerolstein follows in the tracks of nature. As well as minerals, rocks and fossils from the region, there are also exhibits from prehistory and early history, as well as the largest butterfly collection in the Eifel region in terms of the number of species.
