The old village house from 1732 with its historic charm has a total living space of approx. 80 square meters and is located in the municipality of Meerfeld in the Vulkaneifel.

Surroundings

It is located within walking distance of the Meerfelder Maar with an official bathing area. There are 2 hotels and a guesthouse in the village, each with excellent restaurants. There is also a communal field where you can harvest your own potatoes, lettuce, leeks, pumpkins, etc. in season for a small fee.

Fishing licenses for the Maar can also be purchased from the mayor directly opposite.

Otherwise, one of the most beautiful landscapes in Germany offers a wide range of leisure activities and the Eifel Trail has been voted one of the most beautiful hiking trails in Germany.

The popular long-distance hiking trails Eifelsteig and Karl-Kaufmann-Weg can be reached within a few minutes walk. Our lovingly landscaped country house garden offers plenty of space and opportunity for relaxation and sociable summer evenings. About 16 km along forest-lined curves over the country road you reach the Säubrenner city of Wittlich, faster is the freeway A 60 / exit Wittlich-West. Here you will find the train station in the Wengerohr district with very good connections to Koblenz/Cologne and Trier. We will gladly organize the transfer from the train station as well as from / to the Eifelsteig to our Landhotel Lamberty for you.
