A pump track is a specially designed circular track for all types of bikes. It consists of wave-like hills, steep curves, and jumps that allow the course to be ridden without pedaling, but through weight shifting and targeted pulling and pushing movements (English: "pumping").

Our youth players should learn to do something with the ball from a young age, rather than just kicking it aimlessly somewhere. We play technically good football.

For fishing in the German and Luxembourg border waters of the Moselle, Sauer and Our you need a valid fishing permit from the age of 14.
