Wildpark Schmidt
Nideggen
Since January 1988, the Scheidtweiler family has been looking after the Schmidt Wildlife Park in the Eifel, which has now been in existence for almost 31 years, on their own. They want to preserve a piece of landscape that is typical of the Eifel and therefore very dear to our hearts.
No noisy roads lead past the approx. 110-acre game park, so you will find a place of peace and quiet here. Many benches invite you to linger.
Red deer, fallow deer, wild boar, mouflons and waterfowl can be observed in the wildlife park. There is also a large enclosure where chickens, goats, guinea pigs and rabbits feel at home.
The grounds of the wildlife park are "characterized" by valleys. Three streams flow into a large pond.
