A highly unusual legacy in the middle of the Eifel National Park is the 100-hectare site of the former Nazi Ordensburg Vogelsang, once a training ground for the junior staff of the NSDAP. After being a British, then Belgian and NATO military training ground from 1946, the site is now a listed site in a state of flux and today an international site, vogelsang ip. to better understand what the Nazi Ordensburg Vogelsang was and is, it is worth taking a tour of the site. Vogelsang speakers explain the purpose of Vogelsang's architecture, among other things. They also provide information about the current development of the historic site. The new exhibition and education center vogelsang ip will open by 2014 with an exhibition on National Socialism and the National Park as well as a showcase about the Eifel region and its tourist attractions.     Beekeeping Our apiary has been in existence since 2002. With a great deal of passion, we have developed it into a small, certified organic family business in Wittlich. Our approximately 150 bee colonies are spread across the southern Eifel region from the Moselle to the Volcanic Eifel and make an important contribution to the pollination of crops and wild plants and produce valuable products such as honey, propolis and beeswax. We have been managing our bees in a controlled organic way since 2008. For us, organic beekeeping means sustainable, environmentally friendly management, respectful animal husbandry and the highest product quality.
