Deulux Lauf

At the International DEULUX Run, held every year on the second Saturday in November, we offer a total of four different races. These range from the 360-meter race for the youngest participants to the 10-kilometer road race with the highest number of participants in Rhineland-Palatinate. No matter which race you’re running—we wish you the best of luck and hope you have fun at the DEULUX Run.

    Kulturkreis Altes Amt Schönecken

    In the House of the Guest (Altes Amt), constantly changing exhibitions are offered by the cultural center Altes Amt. One focus of the exhibitions is the Kultursommer Rhineland-Palatinate from May to Oktober.

    Burgruine - Glaadt

    In the Middle Ages, Glaadt was even more important than Jünkerath, which at that time was only a hut settlement. For this reason, the counts of Blankenheim built a castle there in the 13th century, which was rebuilt into a magnificent hunting lodge at the beginning of the 17th century. However, a lightning strike in the 18th century caused it to burn to the ground.
