• There is no visually clearly perceptible alarm.  
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically. Alternatively, stairs are available. 
• In the dining room, there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting where there are no lamps or hanging lamps that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.

• There are four marked parking spaces for people with disabilities (space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
• The path from the parking lot to the entrance is 220 m long. It is easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 3% over a distance of 100 meters. 
• The building is accessible without steps (door threshold 2 cm).
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and elevated by guests are accessible at ground level or by elevator.
• The elevator car is 110 cm x 140 cm.
• All doors/passages that can be used and raised for the guest are at least 90 cm wide.
• In the dining room there are accessible tables (maximum height 80 cm, accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
• During the summer months, there is an outdoor restaurant. There are also wheelchair accessible tables available. 

Public WC for people with disabilities (level 1)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the washbasin and in front of the WC 148 cm x 160 cm;
  to the left and right of the WC at least 90 cm x 70 cm.
• Grab rails are provided to the left and right of the WC.
• Both grab rails are flipped up. 
•  The sink is wheelchair compatible. 
• The mirror is visible in sitting and standing position.
• There is a cord as an alarm trigger.
