Martinsmarkt auf Burg Satzvey

To bring the winter season into harmony, Satzvey Castle organizes a fairytale evening with an atmospheric lantern festival for the whole family.

In the afternoon and early evening, you can linger in the romantic castle courtyard while browsing through the pre-Christmas St. Martin's market in the cozy warmth, freshly baked bread and hot mulled wine.

The Irrlichter invite you to sing along. They accompany traditional songs on medieval instruments.

Led by St. Martin on horseback, at 5 p.m. the procession heads to the St. Martin's bonfire in the castle park, where the beggar will also be waiting for him.

You are welcome to bring your own lanterns.
